We are a group of LEGO® fans who are also railfans. Our goals are:

  • To share our ideas and skills with each other and with LEGO train fans around the world.
  • To bring high-quality, interactive layouts to both train shows and LEGO events.
  • To improve the quality, quantity, and visibility of LEGO model railroading throughout the great nation of Texas!

Most of our communication takes place through the TBRR Google Group. Send a join request to be added to this group.

Our first official event as a group was in February at the Great Train Expo in Houston. We had a big exhibit with 13 members present. We operated up to eight trains (including a monorail!) at once!

In May, our setup at the Austin Mini Maker Faire got Slashdotted!

Four of our members went to Atlanta this summer to participate in the LEGO layout at the National Train Show.

This website will continue to grow. We now have a calendar of events. What else would you like to see from your Texan LEGO train club? Send comments to Steve Jackson at sj@sjgames.com.
